Patriotic Barn (aka Cathy's Puzzle)

The Patriotic Barn puzzle is filled with barn and farm themed whimsical pieces such as tractors, farm equipment, farm animals, people, a windmill and water well, barns as well as the Grand Tetons Mountain range in the background. Delight in picking out all the whimsical pieces before starting on the puzzle and revel in the memories they will bring to mind. At 214 pieces it is a smaller puzzle and will also make a great gift for the novice or expert puzzler. 

Cathy's Puzzle was originally a custom puzzle I designed as a gift for one of the sweetest people I know. She loves barns and wind mills, and all things farm. After she received the puzzle she said to me: "I don't see it on your website" and I told her I didn't feel right selling it, since it was custom made for her. She kept insisting however, so I decided to make some changes to it and make it available to all fellow barn and farm lovers!

Our puzzles are taken apart by hand and carefully placed into our beautiful packaging. We use strudy shipping boxes so your puzzles arrive at your home just as beautiful as they left our work shop.

Should you desire gift wrapping, we are happy to accommodate. Please include a note at check out.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Our lead time for production is 1-2 days and shipping generally takes between 2-5 days. However, most orders shp same day.
There are options to expedite shipping using different carriers at check out for an additional fee.

International shipping charges will be calculated at check out.

WHAT IS A WHIMSICAL PUZZLE?
Many pieces in a whimsical wooden jigsaw puzzle are designed according to the theme of the image. They include people, items, animals, shapes, scenes etc. Those whimsies are surrounded by irregularly shaped filler pieces which we call Liminals. 

WHAT ARE YOUR INFINITY PUZZLES?
Our patented wooden jigsaw puzzles are made from identical interlocking shapes which allow the puzzler to create their own design (if desired), combine multiple puzzles into one, infinitely add on to any puzzle and create infinite puzzle series. The sky is the limit here!

WHAT ARE YOUR ADULT COLORING PUZZLES?
These smaller wooden pocket puzzles are designed for a 2-for-1 experience. First you assemble the whimsical jigsaw puzzle, which does not have an image, and then you color the puzzle like and adult coloring page. The coloring lines are engraved into the wood. It also comes with instructions.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?        Countless hours of research and design time go into creating our puzzles. They truly are works of art. Flip them over and take a look! Details are best seen on the wood side where the image does not distract.

HOW DIFFICULT ARE THE PUZZLES?
If you have never done a traditional whimsical jigsaw puzzle or infinity puzzle, you are missing out! It is a very unique experience and will challenge your brain to think outside the box. Our wooden puzzles range from medium to hard in difficulty levels. 

HOW ARE THESE PUZZLES MADE?
Our puzzles are hand made from high quality 1/4” thick specialty plywood. Once the design process is completed the image is adhered to the puzzle and laser cut for perfection each time. A protective coating is applied to protect the image from scratching and fading. Then they are cleaned, taken apart by hand and packaged with care in our beautiful boxes.
